Ernie Dusek farms near Grafton, ND, with his brother Dan as well as Dan’s three sons. Dusek farms grow sugarbeets, edible beans, corn, sunflowers, and wheat. Ernie got elected to the American Crystal Sugar Company’s Board of Directors in 2017. Ernie Dusek was elected to the ASGA Board in 2022.

Going on adventures with his wife Barb and his daughters is how he likes to spend his time away from the farm.
