TOUR WHITE HOUSE AND CAPITOL BUILDING
Anyone visiting DC can experience the history and art of the White House in person after submitting a tour request through one’s Member of Congress.
To ensure your ability to participate in a guided tour of the Capitol, advance reservations are strongly recommended. Tour schedules can fill up quickly, so please make your reservation well in advance of your visit. Click here for the online link to book a tour.

Meeting REGISTRATION opens in November.
Beginning Jan. 22, 2018, residents of Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Washington will not be able to clear airport security and board a plane with their driver’s license. Alternate ID forms (passport, military ID, or permanent resident card) will be required to pass TSA security checkpoints—even for domestic travel.
Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest to downtown DC (15-20 minutes by cab). Dulles International (IAD) is about 45 minutes-1 hour (cab approx.. $60); Baltimore (BWI) is also 45 minutes (cab approx.. $60). You can easily and inexpensively take Amtrak or a regional train from BWI into Union Station (WAS) (30 minutes)—check Amtrak.com.
