THINGS TO DOhttp://www.miamiandbeaches.com/ WEATHER AND ATTIRE:  Lovely weather in late January and early February with daytime temperatures in the mid 70s and low 60s in the evening.  For general sessions and social events, business casual attire is appropriate (jackets/no ties).  Most restaurants are business casual.  Comfortable shoes are suggested since most everything is within walking distance or short light rail ride.
