Idaho Sugar Beet Growers Association
Paul has farmed since a little boy. He married Becky in 1976 and together they have farmed for more than 38 years. The acres have multiplied from 1,000 acres to 4,000 acres today. With the help of the two sons, they raise 1,650 acres of beets with rotation of corn, wheat, and hay.
Paul has been on the Minidoka, Idaho, Board since 1993. He currently is the Vice President of the Idaho Sugar Beet Growers Association. Paul was recognized as the Mini Cassia Farmer of the Year in 2012. He has been a member of the ASGA Board of Directors since 2010 and serves on the Meetings and International Affairs Committees.
Paul and Becky have six children and 22 grandchildren who are the “best” crop he ever grew. He has served in many positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, mostly serving with the youth. He loves his Harleys and riding with the wind in his face and his wife on the back.
